Job description

We are seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist (Oversight and Policy Access) with an active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitoring intelligence; assisting with administration and management of RFIs; producing metrics; providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, etc.
  • Review, track and store signed documentation, to include training records of staff personnel.
  • Provide intelligence support on behalf of J2Q to include mission management, controlled accesses, intelligence production and information sharing.
  • Performs administrative duties to include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of file directories, SharePoint sites, pages, lists and libraries.
  • Review, monitor, and store documentation to support the Command Signals-Military-to-Military (SM2M) Program Manager.
Required Education & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master's degree.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
Pay Range: There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
