Job Responsibilities:
Job Description
  • Responsible for leading the scrum process for teams, delegate, assist in prioritization of tasks and improve process efficiency.
  • Track, communicate, and improve product delivery timelines by introducing relevant business solutions for better implementation and integration.
  • Develop a system for regular performance metrics checks and then report your findings to upper management and other stakeholders.
  • Be an agile coach and leader for your teams to ensure every team member is engaged in agile practices.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with relevant team members in each project to ensure product development follows organizational requirements and goals.
  • Maintain a record of any and all customer/team escalations regarding technical issues. Communicate these issues to relevant project teams, follow through until there's a solution, and report the customer resolution.
  • Track project milestones and dependencies to ensure that projects are following their budgets and delivery times. Communicate and report accurate status and risks in regular reports.
  • Collaborate with other relevant departments, including the product, engineering, QA, DevOps and support departments.
  • Processes - Design of repeatable & predictable processes for initiation, tracking, governance, review and delivery of programs and projects
  • Change Agent - Transformation of traditional process and tools to agile processes and tools to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of programs/projects based on iterative, feedback-loop based development paradigms
  • Provide regular feedback to core teams, including the product team, engineering team, and development team.

Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field / experience is necessary.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in program management with Software Projects is crucial.
  • Working knowledge of Agile practices is a requirement.
  • A PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills are crucial.
  • Practical knowledge of archiving, development, and other relevant processes is a requirement.
  • You need excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a knack for problem-solving.

Hiring Base Salary Range: $105,780 - $196,440 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). In addition to base salary, some positions are eligible for an annual performance based bonus.
