Overview

Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Imagery Analyst Senior to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program at Fort Gordon. This is a high-impact opportunity to apply advanced space-based GEOINT expertise in direct support of critical Army and national intelligence requirements.In this role, you will bring deep knowledge of satellite collection systems, photogrammetric techniques, analytic modeling, and proven proficiency with tools such as RemoteView, SOCET GXP, and ArcGIS to solve complex geospatial intelligence challenges. You will work side-by-side with partners across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, producing clear, actionable intelligence through well-crafted reports, briefings, and multimedia presentations that senior leaders rely on.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct senior-level GEOINT research and imagery analysis to satisfy complex intelligence requirements and support operational decision-making.
  • Collect, evaluate, integrate, and interpret geospatial and intelligence information from multiple sources to identify patterns, relationships, and intelligence gaps.
  • Apply established GEOINT tradecraft and knowledge of Army and defense intelligence operations to produce accurate, timely assessments.
  • Develop professional intelligence reports, assessments, graphics, multimedia presentations, and briefings for senior stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise data integration, data governance, metadata management, data modeling, and performance-metric initiatives.
  • Coordinate requirements, projects, and special assignments across teams, working groups, and Intelligence Community and Department of Defense partners.
  • Review intelligence products for analytic rigor, accuracy, clarity, proper sourcing, and compliance with applicable publication standards.
  • Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written products that clearly communicate findings and operational implications.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant GEOINT policies, National System for GEOINT practices, emerging capabilities, and mission priorities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program and mission requirements.
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 6 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; OR HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience

Clearance

  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products

Core Competenices

  • Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects

Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)

Physical Requirement:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
