Very active with representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC.

A busy Patent Prosecution practice of cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.

REQUIREMENTS

Seeking an experienced USPTO-registered Associate attorney with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field such as Math, Physics, etc. Candidate should have law firm experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
