Patent Litigation Attorney
Established (15+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Patent Litigation Associate for Intellectual Property Litigation in Washington, D.C.!
An established firm with over 15 years in practice is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their team in Washington, D.C.. This Attorney will have experience with intellectual property litigation, including patent disputes and complex technology-related cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in high-stakes litigation matters.

Salary range: $225,000-$350,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
The candidate must be admitted to the D.C. Bar and in good standing.
The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably with patent litigation experience.
The candidate must possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage complex cases and deadlines effectively.
 
Responsibilities:

The attorney will represent clients in all phases of IP litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
The attorney will draft and argue motions, prepare briefs, and conduct depositions.
The attorney will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop litigation strategies and provide risk assessments.
The attorney will work closely with partners and other team members to ensure high-quality representation.
The attorney will maintain compliance with firm billing and reporting requirements.
