This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in representing clients in sophisticated patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property disputes.

Ideal Background

โ€ข 2+ years of intellectual property litigation or complex commercial litigation experience

โ€ข Experience handling patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or unfair competition disputes preferred

โ€ข Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

โ€ข Experience litigating matters in federal court preferred

โ€ข Technical background in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, or a related field is a plus

โ€ข Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

โ€ข Excellent academic credentials
