Job Title: Resource Planner

Location: Tennessee, USA (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Resource Planner with strong customer service and communication skills to support field service operations. In this role, you'll schedule technicians, assign work orders, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage service requests, and ensure timely service delivery. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch field service technicians.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and service activities.
  • Create, update, and assign service/work orders.
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and managers regarding schedules and service updates.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and support daily service operations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Order service parts as needed.
  • Track technician availability, training, and time off.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Education (Bachelor's preferred).
  • 1–3 years of customer service, scheduling, dispatch, planning, or administrative experience preferred.
