Position Summary

Quality "Plus" Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical construction activities on the Intel Semiconductor Project. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering complex electrical scopes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.

This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive electrical construction experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower forecasts, and procurement plans.
  • Coordinate field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project milestones.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Intel representatives, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.

Safety & Compliance

  • Promote and enforce Quality "Plus" Services' commitment to a zero-incident safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety requirements, and Intel project standards.
  • Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project financial performance.
  • Track labor productivity and implement strategies to improve project profitability.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all electrical installations meet project specifications, NEC requirements, and industry standards.
  • Develop quality control processes and oversee inspections and testing activities.
  • Coordinate commissioning and system turnover activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and closeout records.

Team Leadership

  • Lead project engineers, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel.
  • Assist with workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, data center, or semiconductor projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, controls, and instrumentation.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience working on semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, data center, or mission-critical facilities.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
  • Experience with BIM/VDC coordination processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean Construction principles.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to visit active construction sites and walk extended distances.
  • Ability to climb ladders, access elevated work areas, and safely navigate construction environments.
  • Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
