We partner with for-profit and nonprofit organizations across the country and internationally to build stronger workplaces, healthier cultures, and more effective people practices. We are known for combining big-picture HR strategy with hands-on execution and for doing so with warmth, trust, and high integrity.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical execution, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is energized by building trusted relationships with leaders across multiple organizations.

  • Navigating multiple clients, priorities, and business environments with adaptability and accountability
  • Contributing positively to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and firm culture

Expertise and Mindset We Value:
We value professionals who are self-directed, client-savvy, and passionate about HR done right. You'll have the opportunity to be tactical, shape strategy, guide growing organizations, and be a trusted voice for your clients.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated ability to manage both tactical and strategic priorities
  • Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge
  • Experience being a liaison between internal and client payroll and benefits
  • Experience implementing or optimizing HRIS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Paylocity, ADP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • High degree of confidentiality, sound judgment and accountability
  • Managing multiple priorities and shifting business needs
  • A collaborative, accountable, and client-service-oriented mindset
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Performs work with a low-ego, high-accountability mindset
  • Demonstrates willingness to step in and support evolving business and client needs proactively

We're proud to be named a Best Place for Working ParentsTM, a reflection of your commitment to flexibility, inclusion and well-being. At PPR, we:
  • Invest in you: generous PTO, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision
  • Value balance: flexible hybrid schedules and sustainable workloads
  • Put people first: a culture of inclusion, equity, and belonging is at our core
  • Support your growth: hands-on mentorship and opportunities to stretch
