Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties:

  • Identify, analyze, and drive global investments
  • Maintain cross-cutting project management trackers and systems to ensure accountability across teams
  • Institutionalize project management and performance management best practices
  • Lead and motivate the team
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Develop additional guidance for staff use of the CRM and project tracking systems
  • Create investment portfolio governance and structure, including leads and active transactions
  • Lead data analytics and process improvement throughout the organization
  • Develop the investment manual and complete the knowledge management function

An ideal candidate has the following:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Minimum Education: Master's degree
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years of global investment banking/private equity consulting experience
  • Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time
  • Must provide three supervisory references at time of application
