Job Description *Position is contingent upon contract award* SOSi is seeking a highly qualified senior-level Team Lead to support the designated contract region in the NCR. This Team Lead is designated key personnel and serves as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel performing functions in support of the contract. The Team Lead is responsible for providing senior-level subject matter expertise on the Eurasia and European regions, completing complicated or complex tasks independently, and leading or directing the work of contractor personnel. The Team Lead works directly for and supports the overall TO Program Manager (PM), coordinating the day-to-day execution of analytic and analytic-enabling support, ensuring the timely and high-quality production of intelligence products in accordance with applicable Directives, SOPs, and applicable tradecraft standards. The Team Lead ensures that assigned personnel meet performance objectives, maintains effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, and serves as a primary technical point of contact. The Team Lead supports staffing continuity and assists the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Essential Job Duties * Serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel performing functions in support of Eurasia and European regions.
* Provide senior-level subject matter expertise to the Eurasia and European regions, completing complicated or complex analytic and analytic-enabling tasks independently.
* Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to Eurasia and European regions, ensuring effective coordination and task execution.
* Support the overall TO Program Manager and serve as the primary technical point of contact for the contract.
* Oversee the day-to-day production and dissemination of all-source intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standards, ICD 203/206.
* Support task management for Tier 1/2/3 Russian Problem Set mission-essential tasks.
* Ensure assigned personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards.
* Assist the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk within Eurasia and European regions.
* Support staffing continuity, ensuring no position within Eurasia and European regions remains vacant more than 30 calendar days without an excusable delay.
* Coordinate assignment of tasks to contractor personnel within Eurasia and European regions, in support of Government requirements.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, the COR, and stakeholders within Eurasia and European regions.
* Coordinate with the PM and other Team Leads to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and cross-center integration.
* Support surge and optional task requirements within Eurasia and European regions, upon Government authorization.
* Contribute to the timely, accurate delivery of contract deliverables (e.g., status reports, records of meetings) in accordance with the CDRLs.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable ICDs and Intelligence agency SOPs.
* Be readily available to respond to customers' inquiries and proactively alert the PM and customer to potential technical or programmatic issues. Qualifications * Active in scope TS/SCI security clearance. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience.
* Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies.
* Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities.
* Prior experience serving as a Team Lead, task manager, or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract.
* Deep regional expertise in Eurasia/ Europe and Russia (Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, NATO, and the European Union), including the Russian Problem Set.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CDASA-I, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications).
* Russian, Turkish, or other European reading/listening capability (desired).
* Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence (all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.).
* Familiarity with Intelligence analytic production systems (e.g., MARS/MIDB).
