Job description

Office Associate – Full Time

Integrity Plumbing is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Office Associate to join our close-knit team. This position supports a busy plumbing office where every team member plays an important role in keeping the business running smoothly.

This is a full-time position, with overtime available during busy periods. We believe in taking ownership of our work, and if additional time is needed to stay ahead of daily responsibilities, overtime is both available and encouraged.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Flexible start time as early as 7:00 AM
  • Workday ends at 4:00 PM

We value work-life balance and encourage employees to use their earned time off. We simply ask that time off be planned whenever possible by providing appropriate notice so we can continue providing excellent service to our customers.

Because we are a small, team-oriented office, reliability is essential. Every member of our team depends on one another, so regular attendance and punctuality are important to the success of both the office and our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service & Scheduling

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls from customers, vendors, and field technicians.
  • Schedule plumbing service requests and communicate important job information to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service while prioritizing multiple tasks throughout the day.

Basic Bookkeeping

No prior bookkeeping experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry into accounting software
  • Tracking employee credit card expenses
  • Recording receipts
  • Entering vendor invoices
  • Assisting with accounts receivable
  • Assisting with month-end accounting tasks

Construction Division Support

  • Create bid folders for invited projects
  • Learn to obtain permits with various jurisdictions
  • Schedule required inspections
  • Provide administrative support to the construction division as needed

After-Hours On-Call Rotation

Every other week, each office team member participates in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to answer emergency plumbing calls during evenings and weekends. This responsibility is paid in addition to your regular wages.
