Standard Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.  

Position Summary:


The HVAC Service Technician is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
  • Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
  • Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
  • Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
  • Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Relevant experience in service work.
  • Required: 4+ years of HVAC Installation experience
  • Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • Required: Valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting. 
  • Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs. 
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
