Job description

Job Summary:
Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day Salesforce administration and support ongoing platform enhancements. The role involves maintaining data integrity, consulting with business analysts, and developing Salesforce functionality for both desktop and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce Admin support by creating and maintaining user roles, profiles, permission sets, process flows, lead assignments, and org-wide security settings as needed.
• Maintain data integrity by using system metrics to track trends in usage and by completing de-duping and clean-up activities.
• Provide Data Analysis and Data Transformation, as it relates to our Salesforce objects/fields.
• Consult with business analysts on requirements and translate to solution design specs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain new and existing Salesforce functionality for the desktop and mobile application, including testing and implementation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience
• 1+ years Salesforce Developer experience
• Knowledge in Sales/Service Cloud, Not-for-profit platforms, and/or Salesforce1
• Administration experience working with User, Roles, Profile, Permissions, Flows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Sharing, and Security
• Configuration Experience Using The Salesforce.com Point-and-click Development
• Experience using VisualForce, Apex controllers, SOQL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Proficiency with the Salesforce.com data loader for import, update, and export activities in Salesforce.com
• Proficiency with Sandbox administration and deployment management with Change Sets to ensure data integrity
• Ability to troubleshoot system, process, and data issues
• Experience With Gathering Requirements
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments
• Must be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or computer science
• 1+ years Salesforce Financial Service Cloud
• 1+ years Salesforce Shield
• 1+ years Salesforce CRM Analytics
• Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL with Salesforce.com
• Custom development experience in implementing other technology stacks such as Java or .Net.
• Web Services Development Experience
• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer
