ENGINEER V – SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Senior)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Clearance: Active Secret clearance required, ability to obtain TS preferred
OVERVIEW
Integrity Communications Solutions (Integrity) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (SE V) to support the Ground Segment Integration (GSI) IPT on a Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communications (SATCOM) ground systems program.
The GSI team supports Ground Segment engineering alignment, segment-level integration, requirements development, and verification activities supporting mission-critical SATCOM Ground capabilities. This role combines hands-on systems engineering with integration, test development, and verification support within the GSI functional area.
The selected candidate will support development of GSI requirements, verification products, test procedures, and integration workflows while coordinating across engineering teams in an Agile and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Senior-level systems engineering, integration, or test engineering experience supporting complex DoD or aerospace programs
  • Experience developing requirements, verification products, test procedures, or test scripts
  • Experience supporting integration and verification activities within a systems engineering environment
  • Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements, integration, verification, and risk management
  • Strong communication, technical writing, and briefing skills
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility

PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting SATCOM or Ground Segment programs
  • Familiarity with automated test frameworks or scripting languages
  • Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
  • Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
  • Experience supporting engineering reviews and verification activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Ground Segment Integration (GSI) engineering and verification activities
  • Develop and maintain:
    • GSI requirements
    • Verification products
    • Test procedures
    • Test scripts
    • Integration artifacts
  • Support traceability between requirements, operational behaviors, and verification products
  • Support execution and troubleshooting of GSI integration and verification activities
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve integration and verification issues
  • Contribute to engineering reviews and technical baseline activities (e.g., SRR, SFR, PERB)
  • Facilitate or support technical working groups and integration discussions
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering process improvements
  • Provide technical recommendations and integration support to program leadership and customer stakeholders

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
