This role is a remote position that will allow you to work from home while collaborating closely with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. You will manage your own caseload with the flexibility to adjust your schedule. • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic practices are employed.
• Document clinical notes accurately and promptly to comply with state and organizational standards, ensuring that client progress is tracked effectively.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, sharing insights and strategies with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment services.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, collaborate on treatment plans, and ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Adapt your schedule to accommodate client needs, applying your organizational skills to manage appointments judiciously.

Your work will primarily center around a varied clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relational issues. The position requires sensitivity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of cultural and emotional nuances. You will provide therapy that respects each client's unique context while promoting resilience and recovery through empathetic listening and effective therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related counseling field.
• An active and unrestricted Pennsylvania LCSW license.
• Strong expertise in clinical intervention techniques catering to individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills necessary for effective remote client management.
• Ability to work independently and handle a flexible caseload while maintaining professionalism and composure.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a proven track record of therapeutic success.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Our compensation package ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
