  • Identify practical AI use cases and build AI-assisted automations and agents using Power Platform (AI Builder, Copilot Studio), Azure AI services, and AI-enabled APIs to reduce manual effort across NetSuite and Microsoft 365, partnering with IT leadership to keep data access, security, and governance requirements intact.

  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API (Graph Explorer, SDKs, and PowerShell modules) for advanced integrations and automation.
  • Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and data transformation for building custom integrations and Power Automate flows.
  • Familiarity with Entra ID advanced features: Conditional Access, PIM, Lifecycle Workflows, and SCIM provisioning.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or other low-code/no-code Azure services.
  • Basic scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or Power Platform development (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
  • Understanding of identity governance, hybrid identity, and B2B/B2C scenarios.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview (or similar data governance / compliance tools) is a plus.

  • Project management and workflow automation experience.
  • Working knowledge of AI tooling in the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI Builder, and/or Azure AI services), including how to configure, support, and drive adoption of these tools.
  • Experience calling AI/LLM services via REST APIs to add AI capability to integrations and automations (for example, summarization, document data extraction, or classification) is a plus.
