Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of our bank-facing projects. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value realization. You will own the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to pilot, ensuring a seamless transition between sales, implementation, and customer success.


This is a highly cross-functional opportunity where you will work strategically with revenue forecasts, mitigate risks in complex environments, guide technical integrations, and drive overall revenue health for the company.


What You'll Do

  • Lead Implementation Lifecycle: Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both internal engineering and customer teams to keep high-stakes implementation projects on track.
  • Guide Technical Integrations: Assess business and implementation risks, assist with technical problem-solving, and manage internal resources to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify significant risks, unknowns, and hindrances to implementation plans, utilizing scenario planning to negotiate solution paths with bank stakeholders.
  • Own Bank Relationships: Act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, leading post-contract overview sessions, communication workflow mapping, and shaping early-stage customer relationships.
  • Deliver Consultative Workshops: Create and present engaging decks and training workshops tailored specifically to various bank personas.
  • Monitor & Report Progress: Track progress against milestones and budgetary guidelines, preparing executive-level status reports and summaries for internal and external leadership.
  • Drive Revenue Recognition: Lead monthly revenue recognition processes with Finance, monitoring project tasks and hours to ensure billing is triggered immediately upon milestone completion.
  • Scale Internal Processes: Gather and verify customer solution requirements while developing repeatable and scalable processes to continuously improve project quality and delivery.
  • Champion Product & Team Growth: Mentor team members on negotiation and communication, while continuously sharing direct customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.


What You Bring

  • Education: A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field of study.
  • Project Experience: Approximately 4 to 6 years of dedicated Project Management experience.
  • SaaS Expertise: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience directly implementing SaaS applications.
  • Technical Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical data clearly to bank executives and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements and make data-driven recommendations on best practices.
  • Adaptability: A self-driven work ethic with the ability to thrive and maintain high-quality documentation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Direct experience managing Payments and API Integrations.
  • Familiarity or experience working with Accounting/ERP Systems.
  • Active PMP or CAPM certifications from the PMI Institute.
  • Proficiency with industry tools such as Wrike, Jira, and Confluence.

Compensation Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $96,000 - $106,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
