Job description


POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an ERP Integration Specialist to spearhead our enterprise-wide migration from IFS to Oracle ERP within a busbar manufacturing environment. This role requires a unique blend of technical ERP knowledge and domain expertise in electrical power distribution and manufacturing processes. You will lead data mapping, system configuration, and cross-functional integration efforts while ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and support the ERP migration process from legacy IFS system deployments to Oracle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as IT, Engineering, and Operations to integrate Oracle ERP with existing systems (including engineering tools, manufacturing execution systems, supply chain management tools, and other databases)
  • Develop and maintain data mapping, workflows, and system configurations to align with business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between the ERP system and production-related tools
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users on new ERP processes and best practices
  • Utilize technical expertise in busbar systems to ensure ERP deployment support engineering, production, and inventory management functions
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align ERP system functionality with manufacturing processes for busbar components
  • Support development of digital tools, dashboards and reporting systems that reflect data migration efforts and provide continuous feedback loops for improvements and optimizations
  • Monitor ERP system performance and proactively resolve system errots and inefficiencies
  • Support data integrity efforts, ensuring accurate BOMs (Bills of Materials) and engineering specifications get translated properly
  • Assist in customizing reports and analytics to support business intelligence and decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information systems, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems required
  • Strong understanding of busbar systems and their role in electrical power distribution and manufacturing
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial automation environments
  • Knowledge of database management, system integrations (APIs, middleware), and data mapping
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to work across IT, engineering, and operations teams
  • Experience in ERP migration or large-scale IT system transitions preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, or other reporting tools for ERP data analytics preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial IoT, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and digital manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization preferred
  • Strong understanding, knowledge, and experience with Oracle PLM suite required

  • Up to 25% required including global travel
  • Must be able to travel internationally for Oracle ERP training in different busbar factories
