Job description

We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Integration Manager to lead and support enterprise integration initiatives between ERP platforms and critical business systems. This role will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless data flow, process optimization, and successful ERP-related projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements
  • Manage integrations between Oracle ERP systems and various enterprise applications, third-party platforms, and business tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration needs, and develop scalable solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and business leaders throughout project lifecycles
  • Oversee integration architecture, data mapping, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system integration
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems
  • Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and implementation initiatives
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, workflows, and technical specifications
  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and IT teams to support critical business processes

Qualifications
  • Experience managing ERP integration projects and enterprise system implementations
  • Strong Oracle ERP experience

  • Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions and leadership levels
  • Experience working within manufacturing and/or supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to operations, inventory, procurement, production, and logistics
