Job description

The Senior Director of Omnichannel Integrated Marketing leads the coordination and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring alignment to customer needs, business priorities, and established marketing strategies. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating leadership direction and business goals into clear, integrated marketing plans that drive focus and impact. It helps translate enterprise and marketing priorities into integrated plans and provides guidance to support consistent execution across channels. 

A core responsibility is owning the omnichannel marketing calendar, using it to drive prioritization, sequencing, and alignment across a complex portfolio of initiatives. Partners with portfolio and marketing leaders to support prioritization decisions and facilitate alignment among competing initiatives. 

Serves as the primary integrated marketing representative in cross-functional planning forums, providing recommendations that influence enterprise marketing priorities and investment decisions. As a regular participant in leadership forums, the role represents the integrated marketing perspective, bringing clarity to priorities and accountability to execution.

Basic Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, omnichannel strategy, or related roles within a complex organization.

5+ years of experience leading teams and/or complex cross-functional initiatives.

Proven track record of connecting strategy to execution across multiple channels and teams.

Strong experience driving cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics,

and related functions.

Strong communication skills with experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders and

cross-functional stakeholders.

Ability to translate business goals and insights into clear, actionable marketing direction.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and create focus.

Experience owning or driving integrated planning processes and omnichannel calendars across

multiple stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

12+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing or related disciplines.

Experience in retail, B2B, eCommerce, or omnichannel marketing environments.

Experience owning enterprise or large-scale marketing calendars.

Experience influencing marketing investment and prioritization decisions.

Experience improving marketing planning, governance, or operating processes.

Experience leading teams of 5+ employees.

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
