Job description

Looking for hands-on outdoor work with room to grow? We're hiring a Field Service Technician to help maintain stormwater systems and manage vegetation at customer sites across the region. This is a great entry-level field role for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team.
What You'll Do
  • Perform maintenance and inspections on stormwater facilities
  • Assist with vegetation management and herbicide applications
  • Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, and hand tools
  • Use mobile apps to complete safety briefings and daily reports
  • Communicate with customers and team members on job progress
  • Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times
  • Travel to job sites (50-75%, including some overnight travel)

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain
  • Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety
  • Comfortable using basic technology (mobile apps, reporting tools)
  • Willing and able to travel regularly
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)

Nice to Have (Not Required):
  • Herbicide applicator license
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC card

Physical Requirements
  • Lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet 8-11 hours per day
  • Work around water, uneven terrain, and confined spaces
  • Comfortable working around wildlife and wearing PPE
