An Integrated Systems Manager regularly works with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, operations, and project management, to ensure that various systems and technologies work together smoothly. Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Salesforce & GTM Systems Manager to own the roadmap, architecture, and administration of our go-to-market systems ecosystem during a pivotal period of transformation. Babel Street is modernizing how its revenue organization operates-deploying new tools, redesigning core workflows, and building the scalable systems foundation that will power our next phase of growth. In this role, you will be at the center of that change, leading Salesforce transformation and operational excellence across our core revenue technology stack.
This is a highly visible role with broad exposure across the organization and significant opportunity to drive meaningful process improvement. You will partner cross-functionally across the organization to modernize and streamline critical revenue processes, ensure systems scale with the business, improve data quality, and enable trusted reporting, intelligent automation, and seamless integrations across platforms and products. The ideal candidate is equal parts systems architect and change agent-someone who sees inefficiency as an opportunity and thrives on turning complexity into clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own and evolve the full go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and Revenue Cloud capabilities, Marketing, Service, and Experience Clouds, Ironclad CLM, Spiff commissions management, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and connected analytics and automation tools.
  • Own the strategic roadmap and lifecycle of all GTM systems, with a focus on scalability, usability, data quality, ROI, and planned Salesforce upgrades across core opportunity, quoting, forecasting, renewal, and post-sale workflows.
  • Lead and manage system architecture, implementation plans, release governance, upgrades, testing, documentation, and end-user enablement for Salesforce and related platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the GTM technology stack by translating business needs into prioritized system enhancements, clear business cases, and measurable adoption and efficiency outcomes.

Platform Ownership & Administration
  • Serve as the primary administrator and solution architect for Salesforce, including configuration, user management, permissions, automation, reporting infrastructure, data model health, and ongoing platform optimization.
  • Design lightweight, scalable solutions that grow with the business, balancing technical robustness with the speed of a fast-paced, scaling organization.
  • Manage and scale the revenue cycle implementations including CPQ, Ironclad, and Revenue Cloud.
  • Oversee the configuration and operation of the Spiff commissions platform; collaborate closely with finance for commissions logic and reporting.
  • Manage MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce integrations to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data flows across GTM, finance, legal, customer success, and analytics systems.

Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Function as a strategic partner with GTM leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, align priorities, and ensure effective adoption of system changes.
  • Lead GTM-related system implementation, migration, and integration projects end-to-end, including scope, solution design, data readiness, user acceptance testing, deployment, enablement, and iteration.
  • Own change management, user enablement, support documentation, and ongoing support processes that improve adoption and reduce operational dependency on individual system experts.

Data, Reporting & Compliance
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, permissioning, audit readiness, and compliance with regulatory and company policies across Salesforce and connected GTM systems.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, pipeline, bookings, renewals, commissions, and customer lifecycle analytics across Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Own Salesforce data model stewardship, including object relationships, required fields, validation rules, automation impacts, data hygiene controls, and downstream reporting dependencies.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or CRM platform ownership, with deep hands-on ownership of Salesforce administration, configuration, process design, and cross-functional GTM systems delivery.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or Revenue Cloud certifications preferred.
