Job description

We are seeking a Data & Systems Manager to support and enhance our internal business systems, data processes, and reporting capabilities. This role will play a key part in optimizing workflows, improving data visibility, and ensuring system efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between business operations and technology. This is a mid-level role suited for someone who can manage systems independently while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Data & Systems Manager duties may include the following but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain internal business systems, including configuration, enhancements, and user support
  • Design and improve workflows, automations, and operational processes
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics
  • Manage user access, permissions, and system governance
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
  • Support integrations between systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, APIs, or other platforms)
  • Document system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and increased automation
  • Assist with onboarding and training users on systems and tools
  • Experience in construction, telecom, or similar operational environments
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in business systems, data management, or systems administration
