We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Workplace Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of integrated workplace services for a premier corporate client location. This highly visible leadership role combines front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience, and office services operational oversight to create a seamless, engaging, and productive environment for employees, guests, and business stakeholders.

As the Workplace Solutions Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for the overall workplace environment-ensuring service excellence across reception, hospitality, meeting and event services, mail and office services, workplace operations, vendor management, and employee engagement initiatives. You will create an environment where exceptional service, operational excellence, and workplace innovation come together to support business success.


Job SummaryLead the Workplace Experience
  • Develop and execute workplace strategies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and workplace culture.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on workplace trends, service delivery, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Develop workplace programs, events, activations, and engagement opportunities that position the office as a destination.
  • Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, wellbeing, and inclusion.
Oversee Front-of-House Operations
  • Lead reception, concierge, conference services, hospitality, and visitor management functions.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of world-class guest and employee experiences.
  • Oversee executive visits, VIP hosting, workplace events, and catering coordination.
  • Establish and maintain service standards across every customer-facing touchpoint.
  • Promote a hospitality-first culture that consistently exceeds expectations.
Manage Back-of-House Operations
  • Oversee mailroom, shipping and receiving, office services, logistics, inventory, and workplace support functions.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, and Food Services to ensure seamless workplace operations.
  • Coordinate office moves, space reconfigurations, and occupancy initiatives.
  • Monitor service levels, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Implement continuous process improvements that enhance service quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Lead Teams & Service Partners
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop workplace service professionals.
  • Build a high-performing culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing training focused on hospitality, operational excellence, and service standards.
Drive Business Results
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze workplace data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage workplace services budgets and identify opportunities for operational optimization.
  • Present business reviews, workplace insights, and performance reports to client leadership.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and workplace satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience leading both customer-facing and operational service functions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting corporate, professional services, financial services, or Fortune 500 organizations.
