Job description

JM Test Systems is growing through acquisitions and new site launches, and we are looking for an Operational Integration Manager to help bring new businesses and locations into our organization smoothly. In this role, you'll lead projects across people, processes, systems, and operations while working closely with site leadership and frontline teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and building a strong foundation for a future career in operational leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Lead integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and operations
  • Partner with site leadership to support smooth transitions with minimal disruption
  • Create repeatable processes and playbooks for future integrations
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement practical operational improvements
  • Standardize processes and strengthen consistency across locations
  • Build strong relationships with technicians, site leaders, and other teams
  • Communicate changes clearly and help teams understand the reasons behind them
  • Lead cross-functional projects and influence teams without direct authority
  • Support the rollout and adoption of ERP, inventory, and other operational systems
  • Track KPIs related to safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Turn performance data into actionable insights for leadership

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a similar environment
  • Experience owning projects and driving them through completion
  • Experience with integrations, operational excellence, or project management
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with calibration, M&A integration, or lean manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex situations into clear plans
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and professional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build alignment across teams
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority
  • Strong ownership, follow-through, and execution skills
  • Comfortable traveling 60-75%, including occasional short-notice travel
