Job Description Summary

The Integrated Marketing Manager manages the integrated marketing calendar and executes the organization's digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. This role coordinates campaigns across digital and traditional channels to ensure cohesive execution, manages website strategy, account-based marketing, digital advertising, content, and reporting, and aligns digital efforts with events and tradeshows. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and Sales, the Integrated Marketing Manager drives marketing performance and customer acquisition to convert interest into pipeline and revenue.

    • Manages the organization's digital marketing strategy across web, search, social media, paid advertising, email, and other channels that drive brand awareness, demand generation, lead acquisition, and revenue growth.

    • Manages multi-channel marketing programs, tailoring campaigns and messaging to the distinct needs of each target audience within technical B2B and B2G environments.

    • Manages end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns from launch and follow-up to performance analysis, establishing plans and timelines for coordinated, on-time delivery.
    • Builds and operates marketing workflows and automations within CRM and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and move prospects efficiently through the funnel.
    • Manages website strategy, development, optimization, redesign, and the creation of microsites and landing pages to support marketing initiatives and lead capture.
    • Aligns digital campaigns with event and tradeshow timing, creating pre-show, during-show, and post-show communications to attendees.
    • Builds and manages target lists of potential tradeshow attendees and exhibitors to target via email and digital campaigns.
    • Oversees creation of digital content and manages online presence, applying and reinforcing brand guidelines and messaging standards.
    • Optimizes customer conversions across digital channels through A/B testing, personalization, and continuous improvement of the user experience.
    • Oversees paid digital advertising and SEO/SEM programs, including strategy, budgeting, execution, vendor management, reporting, and ROI analysis.
    • Collaborates with complementary marketing functions, sales, internal departments, international teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure to successful integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Supports go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by executing the digital components of product launches, campaign rollouts, and market-entry efforts, ensuring digital channels reinforce the broader GTM plan.
    • Maintains marketing tracking, reporting, and measurement across digital channels, and CRM platforms to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
    • Maintains current knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
