Lucid Behavioral Health LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Integrated Mental Health Therapist, specializing in licensed mental health counseling such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account the impact of medical conditions on patients’ mental health, employing standardized tools and personalized interview techniques.
• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that holistically address both psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to patient circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and contributing to the overall treatment strategy.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and continuous support.
• Educate patients about the relationship between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them with coping strategies and self-management tools.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined record-keeping.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights into patient progress and collaborating on interdisciplinary care plans.
• Stay informed about relevant research and best practices in mental health therapy and integrated care, ensuring that your practice aligns with current evidence.

The therapist will primarily serve patients who are managing complex medical conditions, such as chronic pain and autoimmune disorders, alongside mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. This role is vital in providing inclusive therapy that not only addresses mental health but also considers the intricate interplay between mental and physical health, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing mental health needs in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions is crucial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with medical professionals and engage effectively with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring the highest levels of patient confidentiality are mandatory.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health counseling with a focus on integrated care is preferred.
