Job description

Description

Location: Mountain Green, UT (On-site with optional 9/80 schedule after initial training period)

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Senior (5+ Years)

Position Overview

Are you an expert in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) who wants to keep your skills cutting-edge? Browning is seeking a Senior Oracle ERP & Integration Developer to act as the primary architect bridging our core on-premises EBS platform with modern cloud SaaS applications.

Instead of just maintaining legacy tables, you will influence the technical landscape-designing, building, and optimizing high-performance integrations that power our global supply chain and financial operations. This role offers the perfect blend of stable core ERP development and modern cloud integration architecture.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Integration: Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations linking Oracle EBS (v12.2+) to modern cloud-based SaaS platforms.
  • Core ERP: Develop high-performing PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, custom Forms, Reports, and other components across Financials, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Collaborate: Work directly with business and IT leadership to translate complex operational workflows into technical solutions.
  • Optimize: Streamline critical programs and refine automated data exchanges to ensure high efficiency and smooth system reliability.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer.
  • Mastery of PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, and Workflow, Java and Oracle APEX.
  • Proven experience building integrations between on-premises databases and external cloud systems (experience with Cloud APIs is highly valued).
  • Strong technical understanding of core Oracle modules: Financials (AP/AR/GL) and Supply Chain/Order Management.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a collaborative, corporate environment.

Why Join Browning?

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive base salary, health/dental/vision insurance, robust 401(k) contribution and matching, paid time off, and deep employee discounts on Browning outdoor products and gear.
  • Awesome Location: Located in beautiful Mountain Green, Utah, our headquarters offers a scenic, stress-free commute away from Salt Lake City area traffic, with instant access to world-class skiing, hiking, and outdoor recreation.
