The Big Picture:

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within the Roti Brand Marketing Team, leading the execution of marketing and menu programs that drive brand strategy and marketing excellence for Roti, under the Edible Brands umbrella.

You will assist the VP, Brand Marketing with campaign strategy, day-to-day tasks and project management, contributing to efforts that build brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive sales and customer loyalty.

The ideal candidate is passionate about brand storytelling, understands the importance of a brand participating in the cultural zeitgeist, is savvy in digital channels and how brand directly impacts performance media, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA Monday through Friday.

What this looks like day to day:

  • Drive the development of the Roti campaign strategy leveraging consumer insights, category and consumer trends, and your understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Serve as central point between the Innovation, E-Commerce, Store Operations, and Technology teams to execute brand, marketing and menu programs to drive awareness, traffic /sales, profitability and customer loyalty
  • Integrate the brand strategy across all customer touchpoints (email, paid media, in-store experience, e-commerce, etc.), and act as the brand steward to ensure continuity in creative & messaging across channels and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Craft compelling messaging and creative briefs working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative and messaging consistent with brand standards
  • Coordinate and manage brand calendar, timelines, deliverables, and executional plans to ensure marketing initiatives are launched effectively and successfully
  • Own the development, execution and distribution of in-store point-of-purchase (POP) merchandising kits, working closely with cross-functional teams and external print vendors to flawlessly execute and deliver
  • Act as a brand ambassador and guardian of the brand, ensuring ideas and activations are aligned with the Roti brand standards and that the brand is represented accurately in all national and local materials
  • Report on data and consumer behavior trends to help inform our work and optimize campaigns and menu launches

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in brand, integrated marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing brand or marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels, with a focus on brand storytelling and execution
  • Skilled in clear, concise verbal and written communication, including structured documents and PPT presentations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools, with a strong grasp of setting and measuring marketing KPIs; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus
