Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Tennessee.
• Proven proficiency in addressing mental health needs of individuals suffering from co-occurring medical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while ensuring patient confidentiality in line with ethical guidelines.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
