Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Conflicts Analyst to join our team on a remote basis. This role is for a confidential client and requires expertise with Intapp NBI and Risk or similar platforms. If you have a strong background in conflict analysis and legal compliance, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive conflict checks using Intapp NBI and Risk or similar platforms.
  • Analyze conflict reports to identify potential conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to resolve identified conflicts.
  • Maintain and update the conflicts database with accurate and current information.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on conflict findings and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal regulations regarding conflicts of interest.
  • Provide guidance and support to legal teams on conflict-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of conflict-checking procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in conflict analysis or a related legal field.
  • Proficiency with Intapp NBI and Risk or similar conflict-checking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of legal ethics and conflict of interest principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
