Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Available Worksite Locations:Chilton, WI
Kewaunee, WI
Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and address general inquiries
Assist applicants with completing paperwork either in-office or in-person
Provide information to clients and vendors regarding program processes
Review submitted applications to confirm accuracy and completeness
Follow up with applicants, communicate with vendors, and handle ongoing correspondence
Qualifications:Ability to consistently maintain strict confidentiality
