Job Title: Office Assistant/Peer Career Counselor

Number of Positions: 2

Department: Office of Career Services

Job Location: Academic Services Building - 339

Supervisor/Timekeeper: Kristel Smith

Supervisor Contact: 502-597-5016

Hours per week (Max 20): 20


Duties and Responsibilities: Assist staff, students, student organizations, and faculty with Career Services intake/scheduling, professional development, Career Fair and workshops. Assist with planning, coordinating, and hosting student professional development events. Serve as professional liaison with student organizations affiliated with colleges.


Qualification and Requirements: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. Good customer service skills. Consistent and reliable. Professional presence. Willing to learn and help others. Some Microsoft Office Suite skills. Some leadership skills are preferred.
