Job description

Adecco is seeking a reliable and professional Intake Admin associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients

  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy

  • Maintain organized records and files

  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with office software

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required; must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
