Job description

Job Summary:

As an Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the daily operations of our department. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting, allowing you to work on real-world projects, strengthen your practical skills, and make meaningful contributions to our team's goals. Throughout the internship, you'll collaborate with experienced staff and gain insights that will help you grow professionally.

  • Assist with routine tasks, research, and administrative duties to support team projects
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and help prepare presentations or reports
  • Conduct data entry, data analysis, or documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with team members on assigned projects and deliverables
  • Help maintain organized files, records, and project materials
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, or partners as appropriate
  • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and follow established processes
  • Seek feedback and proactively learn new tools, systems, or workflows
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your experience and skills:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (or recent graduate)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency with common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, email tools)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
