Responsibilities
  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
  • Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold calling.
  • Stay up to date on industry market trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
  • Assess client needs and present quotes.
  • Set and achieve sales goals with manager guidance.
  • Educate, advise, and handle client objections.

Requirements
  • Commercial Lines experience preferred but willing to train a Personal Lines Producer
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
