Personal Insurance: Home, auto, umbrella, rental properties, jewelry, boats, and watercraft


Commercial Insurance: Small to mid-sized businesses contractors, LROs, medical/dental offices, apartment buildings, condo associations, retailers, and more

Develop and manage your own book of business


Network with realtors, mortgage reps, attorneys, and local businesses to generate referrals


Attend and participate in community events, trade shows, drop-ins, and COI meetings


Prospect through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and social media outreach


Collaborate with our in-house service team to deliver an outstanding client experience


Conduct client discovery, quote comparison, and coverage explanation


Track and follow up with all leads using our integrated tech tools


Requirements

What we are Looking For


Active NJ Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)


Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or outside sales preferred


Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable
