The Brody Craney Allstate Agency in Logan, Utah, is looking for an experienced and committed individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our customer base. If you have excellent customer service skills and are committed to providing customers with the best experience, this is the role for you. After initial training, this role offers a minimum base hourly that starts at $12-$16 an hour during the training period and then goes to $18 to $23 and hour based on production. Successful candidates can earn up to $100,000 per year, including commission and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, personal contacts and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with new team members.
  • Serve and meet the customers needs.

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred. Licensing Assistance Available.
