After initial training, this role offers a minimum base hourly that starts at $12-$16 an hour during the training period and then goes to $18 to $23 and hour based on production. Successful candidates can earn up to $100,000 per year, including commission and bonus incentives.

• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, personal contacts and other lead sources.
• Develop insurancequotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with new team members.
• Serve and meet the customers needs.

• A Property Casualty Insurance License is preferred. Licensing Assistance Available.
