Whether you're looking to break into the insurance industry or you're an experienced insurance professional searching for a company that truly values and invests in its agents, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

If you're motivated by building relationships, helping people protect what matters most, and creating a career with unlimited earning potential, you'll find more than just a job here; you'll find the opportunity to build your own business with the support of a well-established, nationally recognized insurance organization.

You'll have the independence to grow your business your way while benefiting from industry-leading training, mentorship, marketing resources, and a company culture that genuinely appreciates and supports its agents.

If you've ever wanted to own your success while making a meaningful impact in your community, we'd love to meet you.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

As an Insurance Agent, you'll enjoy the freedom of operating your own business while having the backing of an established organization committed to your long-term success.

What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners prepare for life's expected and unexpected moments by providing personalized insurance and financial solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building lasting relationships with new and existing clients through a consultative sales approach.
  • Educating clients on property & casualty, life, and health insurance solutions.
  • Growing your business by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with financial professionals to connect clients with additional financial planning and wealth management services.
  • Establishing and growing your own office and, as your business expands, building a team to support your success.
  • Managing your own schedule and creating a career that aligns with your personal and professional goals.

What You'll Receive

We're committed to helping our agents succeed not just during their first year, but throughout their careers.

You'll enjoy:

  • Unlimited earning potential with no income cap.
  • Performance-based bonuses, financial incentives, and exclusive travel rewards.
  • Comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
  • Marketing resources and business-building support.
  • The opportunity to build your own business without a franchise buy-in.
  • The support of a financially strong organization with more than a century of serving clients and communities.
  • A collaborative, relationship-focused culture built on integrity, authenticity, and long-term success.

Who Thrives in This Role?

We're looking for professionals who are:

  • Entrepreneurial and excited about building their own business.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong communicators who enjoy building trust and lasting relationships.
  • Passionate about serving their communities and helping others protect their financial futures.
  • Committed to continuous personal and professional growth.

Whether you're launching a new career in insurance or bringing years of industry experience, you'll have access to the resources, support, and flexibility needed to build a rewarding long-term career.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, sales, or another client-facing professional role.
  • 5+ years of business ownership, leadership, or management experience is a plus.

Licensing Requirements

Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain:

  • Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing requirements vary by state. Licensing support may be available for qualified candidates.
