As an Insurance Agent, you'll be on the front lines of our growth building relationships, generating referrals, closing business, and protecting families. You'll work closely with credit unions and community partners while developing a strong personal book of business.

What You'll Do
  • Engage credit union members and community partners to offer insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks
  • Generate new SEG/business opportunities (minimum 1 per month)
  • Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance protection
  • Close sales efficiently and accurately
  • Partner with credit union branch managers to maximize opportunities
  • Complete training, sales courses, and ongoing education
  • Maintain accurate reporting, applications, and documentation
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings
