Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and FREE leads

Quote and sell auto, home, commercial, and life insurance products

Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals

Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Follow up on quotes and nurture prospects

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work in an office environment
