As an Insurance Professional, your job is to show customers why the right coverage matters and help them find the best options. By being reliable and knowledgeable, youll build relationships that keep clients coming back.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and cold calling
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Required to complete outbound calls to cross-sell insurance products and services.
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
  • Strong interest in a sales career sales experience preferred
  • Must hold an active Property & Casualty and/or Personal Lines insurance license, or enroll in our Licensing Bootcamp Program.
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
