Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or Dental Front Office professional.
  • Strong ability to present treatment plans and help patients move forward with recommended care.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Open Dental software preferred.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
  • Assist with insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and pre-authorizations as needed.
