Looking for a full-time Front Office Scheduling Coordinator immediately for our pedo/ortho office in Costa Mesa, Placentia, Cerritos, and Garden Grove. A commute between offices is required.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Confirm appointments and manage any changes or cancellations.
  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, address inquiries, and handle appointment bookings and rescheduling.
  • Records Management: Accurately enter and update patient information in our database. Maintain organized and current patient records.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance details and assist with any related questions or concerns.
  • Office Coordination: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the office.
