Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Care Manager for a day shift travel position requiring 2+ years of experience and an active ME or compact RN license.

Details
  • Work in the Care Management department of a hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 12-week assignment length
  • Uses Epic EMR system
  • 25-mile float policy between facilities as needed
Requirements
  • Active RN license (Maine or Compact) required upon consideration
  • BLS certification required; non-AHA certifications accepted for consideration but AHA certification must be completed before start
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Driver's License required for consideration
  • 2 professional references required
Additional Information
  • Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility (Maine or New Hampshire residents) are considered local, which may affect pay rate
  • Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
  • Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this during consideration
  • RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion
  • Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
