Performance Tracking Specialist

Position Summary

The Performance Tracking Specialist supports Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across all service lines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, generating performance insights, and supporting data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems.
  • Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking.
  • Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis.
  • Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols.
  • Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, data management, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, auditing, or performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess and provide a valid Texas Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance as required by the State of Texas.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation in order to travel within service area.
