Wise Staffing Group is NOW HIRING multiple Warehouse Associates in the West Chicago, IL area! Multiple shifts available!


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution operation. This position supports inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This role is responsible for performing hands-on warehouse duties, including picking, packing, sorting, material handling, and inventory activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, store, pick, and pack products to support daily shipping and fulfillment operations.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
  • Perform a combination of equipment operation and manual warehouse tasks throughout the shift.


Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Cherry picker experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
