 Teacher
Pay: $16 – $19 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
Location: The Learning Experience – Palm Coast, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. As a  Teacher, you’ll create a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment that sparks curiosity, builds confidence, and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
What You’ll Do

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum.
  • Create a safe, clean, and positive classroom that supports every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Partner with co-teachers to design engaging learning experiences and classroom activities.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
  • Encourage independence, creativity, and kindness in every child.
What You’ll Bring
